Not only does it have Russian recipes but covers Armenia, Azerbaidzhan, Belorussia, Estonia, Georgia, Latvia, Lithuania, Turkestan and the Ukraine. There is more to Russian cuisine than Borsch and Beef Stroganov. Index, 278 pages.
