London: Victor Gollancz, 1961. Keating's third thriller, set at a private school's croquet week. Gently bumped and rubbed. Pages tanned, end papers and edges of the text block foxed. Previous owner's name and addresses boldly written on the front free end paper. Jacket rubbed and edgeworn with small chips and tears, including a 1" tear at the upper front flap fold with internal tape repair. Jacket darkened with soil spots, price clipped, in mylar. Signed by Keating on the title page. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Signed by Author. First Edition.. Hard Cover. Good/Fair.
