Columbus, Ohio, USA: The People's Efficiency Publishing Co., 1920. Brown pebbled cloth on boards with slightly faded gilt titles and border trim. Mild soiling and rubbings.Spine: head & foot with moderate thin wear; a little puckering to the top layer. Small wear to boards fore corners. Edges: slightly faded marbled edges with concave index tabs; light dusting of age soiling. Eps: fep & ffep is a little glued at fore-edge with a slight looseness of the following 14 pages stich binding. Frontis: b/w photograph of Blanche Swainhardt. A few pages fore-edge with small soiling, some minor foxing here and there, otherwise quite clean contents generally. Large & heavy book: 250 x 185 x 80 mm / just over 2 kgs.. First Edition. Hb. VG/None.
