US: Peachtree Pub Ltd, 1982. Hardcover. Very Good +/Very Good. Signed and inscribed by the author at flyleaf. Quarter red cloth over red paper-covered boards with gilt particulars to spine and gilt-stamped decoration to front board. Pages are clean and unmarked. Text block has scuffing to corner at lower edge; small dampstain to top edge. Boards are clean and bright with bumping to tail of spine. Binding is tight, boards slightly bowed outward. Dust jacket is bright with light wear to extremities; sunning to spine.
