Includes title page plus text page followed by Antigua page with stamped cover then Grenada, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Australia, Norfolk Island, Hong Kong, Falkalnd Islands, Tristan da Cunha, The Gambia, Jersey, Gibraltar, Ascension Island, New Zealand, Sierra Leone with 2 covers, Barbados with 2 covers, Bahamas and Isle of Man each with an extra cover, Republic of Maldives, Turks and Caicos Islands, St. Helena, Cyprus, Ghana plus Saint Lucia. Each stamped with a June or July date in 1981. Two pages are inserted into a heavy acetate sleeve with three holes for a 3 ring binders. 13 1/2" x 12". All in like new condition. .
