Highly illustrated throughout with ten colour plates and many black and white drawings. Collated complete. A brief history of this area of Suffolk, England, and its significance to members of the Royal Family over time. Written by R. C. Lyle. Illustrated by Lionel Edwards, a British artist who specialised in painting horses and aspects of British country life. In the original green cloth binding. Externally, smart with light bumping to the extremities. One small mark to the front board. Original clipped dust wrapper also smart with light chipping and the odd small closed tear. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean with light scattered spotting to the first and last few pages. Very Good
