London: Her Majesty's Stationery Office, 1981. 8vo (10 x 6 inches), 241-pages. Contemporary full crimson morocco, sides gilt ruled enclosing the royal arms in gilt, spine lettered in gilt, original wrappers retained. With typescript leaf bound in at front "For Our Chaiman in Respect and Affection Suaviter in Modo, Fortiter in Re", with the signatures (Christian names only) of 14 members of the commission below in ink. Spine sunned else very good.
