Raised bands and gilt title on spine. Mild soiling and rubbing to cloth. Light bumping and scuffing to extremities, and board starting to expose at corners. Solid binding and clean text. Mottled page edges. Slight chipping to fore edge of ffep. Former owner initial "P" stamp on second page. Periodic mild finger soiling and foxing to pages. [6]ff. ; [7]-237 pp + 19 albumen photographic plates (with tissue guards) , including the frontispiece portrait of the author signed and inscribed by him. Signature required at delivery, non-negotiable. ; Large 8vo 9" - 10" tall; Signed by Author .
