Pp. 207. Illustrated with large gravure black & white photo reproductions, some fold-out. Foreword by Isamu Noguchi. Brown cloth, titles stamped in gilt on the spine, illustration stamped in black on the cover, wood veneer endpapers. Text set in Perpetua, letterpress printed in Japan. In the two-color photo-illustrated dust jacket with price intact on the front flap: minimal rubbing to edges and light scuffs. A magnificent production by John Weatherhill, Inc. of Tokyo. Based on the 1962 Japanese original, with an eloquent foreword. Well preserved, dust jacket now protected in a removable clear archival sleeve.
