About This Item
New York: Harper & Brothers, 1934. First edition (1934) of this critique of Roosevelt's New Deal by a contributor to the Washington Post. The author is decidedly against Roosevelt's plan for recovery from the Great Depression, and has some interesting points. Dark green cloth with yellow labels, top edge tinted green, 163 pages. Some light external wear, mainly to the spine ends, with the spine label a bit faded and spotted, good hinges, clean pages, personal library bookplate on front pastedown, no other markings.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
