Colored frontispiece before each story. 1660 pp. Black cloth boards with gilt title and ship embossed motif on front cover. Green top page edge. Black slipcase in Good condition with illustrated face, bumped and exposed corners and rubbed edges. Some very small white smudges on front cover, and corners slightly bumped. Previous owner's name stamped on front inside cover and on a few internal pages. Some dirt smudges to page edges, but does not interfere with text. Interior is tight and Very Good +. Wonderful collection of some of Melville's best stories.. Cloth. Very Good +. Illus. by Colored Frontispiece. Size: Approx. 6 " x 9 1/4". Fiction.
