Chicago & NY: Rand, McNally, 1890. First American edition.. Original pictorial wrappers, spine lettered in black; front cover designed in black, lettered in red. 340pp. + 6 leaves of ads at rear. LACKING the back cover, spine ends chipped away, wear to edges, very good otherwise. Issued as No. 99 in The Rialto Series. Also issued in cloth. Nice image of a snake coiled about a tree on the front wrapper.
