Keith, laid-in at his photograph causing toning to text page opposite. Cloth is lightly bumped at head of spine and dustjacket is quite worn and dusty, with top of spine torn. Good in fair dustjacket.. First Edition. Cloth. Good/Fair. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
