Attractively bound in a signed Zaehnsdorft binding, three quarter black morocco leather over black pebbled cloth, raised spine bands with gilt lettering and gilt decorated compartments, all edges gilt, marbled endpapers, frontis engraving plus two additional engravings, book about 10.5 inches tall, xxx, 501p plus colophon. covers rubbed, mainly at the extremities, old internal hinge repairs made with marbled paper similar to the existing endpapers, text block sound, some offsetting of frontis engraving onto title page, some lower edgewear to first few pages, pages lightly age-toned but clean with a few light fingerprints to a handful of outer margins, almost no foxing, no names or other markings.. Limited Edition. Hard Cover. Good. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
