Cambridge University Press, 1954. Hardcover. Good/Acceptable. 1954. No Edition Remarks. 297 pages. Illustrated dust jacket over red cloth boards. Hinges are slightly cracked with exposed netting. Clean pages with light tanning and mild foxing throughout. Pen inscription to half title page. Pen and pencil annotations and marginalia to a few pages. Binding remains firm. Boards have mild edge-wear with slight rubbing to surfaces and bumping to corners. Minor wear marks to boards. Clipped jacket. Dust jacket has heavy edgewear with some areas of loss, heavy tears, chips and creasing. Heavy tear to spine. Moderate tanning and wear marks to flaps, panels and spine.
