Kristall Productions, 1988-05-01. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. Signed by Author. Inscribed by Perkins on the FFEP. Black linen boards with gilt lettering on the spine. The binding is tight, some light rubbing at the corners a couple of dings on the top edge of the front panel. Text and images are clean and unmarked. Promotional letter signed by the author is laid in. The illustrated dust jacket shows some general handling, small closed tear on the bottom edge of the front panel at wrap, small hole in back panel, not price clipped, in a mylar cover.
