A very nice signed set of the first edition in the publisher's dust- wrappers with each volume signed 'With best wishes' on the half-titles by both Lisa and Robert Sainsbury dated 7/1/98. This book was sold on that date in "Monomania," a charity auction at the Leathersellers' Hall on behalf of The Type Museum and contains the original paper elephant invitation ticket as well as the lot number for the auction.
