Rowse" on title page. On first front end paper: "For Rick Harwell--the first copy to go out--from his friend, A.L." DJ glossy cream color beneath mylar, red and black lettering with diamond pattern design at bottom front, praise on back from John Betjeman. DJ has thin crease and microtear along bottom front edge, light crease at top back right and bottom back tip. Near Fine DJ/Very Fine book.
