Illustrator: Halls, Chris -- Illustrations. 64 pages, last page blank, after the first four pages, the format is left-hand page of text and history, and right-hand page and illustration in black-and-white. This book covers the use of boats from bark canoes through to houseboats, with the transport barges, fishing steamers, and maintenance platforms. Very slight rubbing to the base edge of the boards, slight rubbing with a fine tracery of insect damage over an area under the size of a five cent piece (1 cm diameter) at the right-hand edge of the front panel.
