New York: Random House, 1942. Myterious murders and World War II spies. First U.S. edition. Ex-rental library with internal stamps. Bumped and rubbed with wear at the edges, including a bit of loss at the spine head. Spine cocked, hinges loose, remnants of the jacket flaps glued to the pastedowns. The jacket, original but obviously married to this book, is lightly rubbed with just a touch of wear at the edges. Tape residue to the flaps with a neat 3" slice to the lower rear flap, in mylar.. First Edition.. Hard Cover. Good/Very Good. Ex-Library.
