New York: Coward-McCann Inc., 1934. Introduction by Sir Archibald Hurd. 416 pages. Frontispiece illustrated with b/w plate. Additional photographs and 14 diagrams in text. Few pages lightly spotted at edges, otherwise pages are good conditiion, clean. Foredges yellowed. Endpapers show light wear with previous owners' name on both front endpapers. Brown cloth with embossed title on upper cover and gilt title on spine. Spine and title worn. Boards show light wear. Edges and corners worn and corners bumped. Contents VG, overall GOOD. 1st US Edition, 5th Impression. Hard Cover.
