A well presented colour plate book in the style of Black's Series, bound in green cloth, with bright gilt lettering to front board and spine, and with Germany Eagle blind-stamped to front panel, with floral border. 1X/383pp in Hardcover, size is 23cm x 18cm, with 54 full-page colour plates by Mrs James Jardine. Also, two coloured folding maps and four line drawings. Contains 12 chapters and Index. Wide margins, good rag paper, odd scattered foxing, top/tail of spine very slightly creased and one or two very small marks on spine, otherwise VG . Very Good. Hardcover. First Thus Edition. 1908.
