Raised bands and gilt-blocked leather spine label, with spine compartments uniformly tooled in gilt. Spine bands and panel edges somewhat worn and rubbed as with age. Some scratches evident to boards. Marbled endpapers. Bright and clean internally, with just some marginal toning and tanning. Pen annotation to bottom margins of page 33. Remains particularly well-preserved overall; tight and strong.
