It is signed by the author. 12 x 18 inches. Issued in an edition of 450 copies (of which 375 are for sale), the broadside features an image of Johnson's hands, and one of his actual revised manuscripts (the text of which tells its own story-within-the-story). Charles Johnson is an essayist, scholar, philosopher, novelist, cartoonist, and professor emeritus at the University of Washington. He received the National Book Award for his work, Middle Passage.
