Octavo, pp. 24, wraps, signed by Benet and colleagues at the magazine: Christopher Morley, Amy Loveman and Henry Canby, with the bookplate of Frederic Melcher, the great bookseller and patron of the book arts. Intro says Benet, an editor at the magazine, wrote this "informal memorandum ... with the rest of us looking over his shoulder." Condition of this book: Darkened and chipped at edges, tape ghost on front, spine starting to split. Size: Octavo (standard book size). Text body is clean, and free from previous owner annotation, underlining and highlighting. Binding is tight, covers and spine fully intact. All edges clean, neat and free of foxing.
