New York, 1884.. 27pp. plus large folding map. Original printed wrappers. Wrappers a bit soiled and worn, front wrapper wrinkled with small closed tears, titlepage soiled. Still very good. Annual stockholder's report for the famous western railway. With detailed financial statement and other statistics relative to western lands, etc. Total surplus earnings for 1883 topped $12,700,000. The handsome and quite large folding map of the United States (west of the Mississippi) shows the Union Pacific Route and its connections.
