New York: New York Produce Exchange. Good with no dust jacket. 1910. First Edition. Cloth. 383 pp. No publishing info or date but certainly appears to be an original edition, definitely not a reprint. Includes committee member names and members of the Produce Exchange names with firm name, business and business address, plus rules (for hay and straw trade, refunds on ex-lake grain, cotton seed products, lard, vegetable oils, steamship trade, sample bills of lading, berth terms contract, etc., etc., plus rules for the floor on the Exchange and By-Laws. Brown cloth with blindstamped black lines, gilt to the spine. Corners little rubbed, gilt bright, spine tips lightly dusted, Victorian-type dark brown paper endpapers are clean, interior first few pages have some light pencil check marks, otherwise clean and crisp. Nice copy, hard to find.; 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall; 383 pages .
