'Senate Documents' and eagle blind stamped on boards. Book has public library bookplate on its front pastedown and 19th cent. presentation inscription to the library on its endpaper. Approximate 1.5" x 2" section of bottom corner of front endpaper is torn off. Some foxing on the title page and sporadic spotting on the plates. Without the folding map at the rear of the volume
