Includes communications from William Simmons of the Comptroller's Office and from Auditor Peter Hagner. Dated March 29, 1824 on upper wrapper ('Read: Ordered that it lie upon the table'; upper wrapper). Probable table copy; unidentified (secretarial?) holograph notes in black ink on upper wrapper read: 'Report / Chas. Wilkins / Committee / Jan 26 1825 / Repd. to the Committee of Claims'; pencil holograph below this (also unidentified) reads: 'Copy report and all papers with [or 'within'?] W.
