New York: Charles Scribner, 1905. First edition. Hardcover. Good +. 425 pages. 6 x 8 1/4 in. Blue cloth with gilt lettering on spine, gilt upper text block. Condition of the book is GOOD+ : front hinge cracked, first signature detached, but otherwise very tight. Ends of spine worn and dented, covers very slightly worn, corners bumped - lower right front corner bent. Side and bottom of text body darkened, slightly foxed.
