The first edition was published in 1857 and this is the sixteenth edition with a better production and new anecdotes and the complete decision of The Diamond Beetle Case. 370 pages with 16 colour illustrations. Book in very good condition with to previous owner on first page, some minor foxing on about twenty pages, and light tanning. Some wear to cover (see photo). No dust jacket.
