Hardcover. leather covered boards; front board is worn away about 1/2" at top corner & detaching, but still loosely attached; all edges heavily rubbed , spine brittle and chipped; po names on f & r epp; article about Addison tipped in on fep & ffep; text block tanned, but still fairly supple and tight.
