Red cloth-covered boards; gilt publisher's logo on front, gilt titles on spine. 8vo. Rubbed spine ends, spine heel cloth frayingbottom edges rubbed, very light soiling and staining on rear board; top corners rounded, bottom corners rubbed. Text block edges tanned, stains on fore-edge. Gutters strained in places, volume quite loose. School lending sheet, stamps, pen marks and cracked hinge repaired with tape on front endpapers otherwise, internally neat, clean and bright. Dust jacket protected in Brodart-style sleeve, has shelf wear, chipping to edges, not price clipped.
