London: printed for R. Scot, T. Basset, J. Wright, R. Chiswell, 1661. Seventh edition. Hardcover. Octavo, [16], 181, [10], 182-371, [3] pages. VG-; 1/4 bound in leather with marbled paper boards; red label with gilt text. Joints starting; minor discoloration to leather on boards; rubbing to edges and corners of boards. Damp staining to upper edge of text block on pp. 165-198 and 257-end. Text block age-toned and foxed. Frontispiece is a modern reprint of the original (the original now absent).
"Annotations upon Religio medici" by Thomas Keck and "Observations upon Religio medici..." each have separate dated title page, the former dated 1677; pagination and register are continuous. Several ownership inscriptions on title page (recto and verso) and in margins of pages. Scattered pencil annotations.
