Frays to the book's corners and along the head and base of the spine. The s pine is faded. Soiling to the edges of the upper page block. There are some smudges to the page margins of the first 16 pages. The front hin ge is cracked at the endpapers, but the sewing is tight and the covers are not wobbly. This was architect Bradley Delehanty's copy. His n ame is penciled at the front fly leaf's upper right corner. His firm's stamp is also on the fly leaf. Shipping weight is four pounds. Sir Albert Edward Richardson KCVO FRIBA FSA RA (1880-1964) Architect and author, Professor of Architecture at University College London, President of the Royal Academy, founder of the Georgian Group.
Charles Lovett Gill FRIBA (1880–1960) He was joint architect with Professor Sir Albert Richardson for the Duchy of Cornwall estate in Devon. He designed Moorgate Hall, Finsbury Pavement and other buildings in Moorgate and elsewhere in the City of London.
