The book includes a complete transcript of talks given at the time of the 2010 Austin Spare Exhibition at the Cuming Museum which was previously celebrated in the work, COCKNEY VISIONARY. It also delivers much new detail, including photography of the installation, a fully illustrated list of the 110 works (including cabinet objects), and a finalized patrons list along with a selection of visitors' comments. A special feature of the design of this book, using the original Exhibition's sequence of marvelous AOS self-portraits, and are recreated across a special fold-out double-sided dust wrapper. The transcripts of the talks, complete with contextual Images, are by the following contributors to this volume: Phil Baker, Geraldine Beskin, Michael Staley, Caroline Wise, Judy Aitken, Christopher Jordan, Ross MacFarlane, William Wallace, and last, but not least, the publisher and compiler, Stephen Pochin.
