Rare example of the English-language bulletin of the Japanese Red Army group that had recently hijacked a plane and taken it to North Korea (an incident gloated over in the text). Discusses the world situation, including revolutionary movements in the Middle East and Southeast Asia, celebrating the rise of the Black Panthers and the Weather Underground in the United States and describing the lessons that Japanese revolutionaries should take from these overseas armed groups.
