Reviews
On Mar 27 2020, a reader said:
Lynn Westland wrote several novels, and some of them were actually published under the Archie Joscelyn by-line or the Al Cody name. But under which ever one was used, these novels are all pretty good ones to have and read. The Red Gun is no exception. Mark Forssen rescues the sheriff after he is shot and left for dead; and the sheriff proceeds to name his acting sheriff until he is recovered. Beside this pressure Forssen deems it necessary to prove his worth to the beautiful and spirited Shari Colwell. And beyond that he finds himself in the middle of a range war which had already let blood, and threatened to over spread the entire country. This is traditional western story telling at its best.
