With an Appendix containing a brief account of the Town's incorporation, state and county taxes, and other matters relating to the early history of the town. Lee, MA:Press of the Valley Gleaner. 1900. (No. 35 to verso of title page). 374pp. Illustrated. Hardcover. Bound in full leather with a label to spine with title. Leather quite worn, scuffed and soiled, with wear to all edges, chipping to spine strip and title label with fraying to spine ends, and edge points worn to boards. The boards are still attached but with wear along gutters. Internally decorative end-pages lightly age-toned with several previous owners names to 2nd free end-page and two names crossed out in first page of index. The binding is tight with hinges intact but cracked at first page of contents.
