Edward Arnold, 1897. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1897. No Edition Remarks. 374 pages. No dust jacket. Green cloth with gilt lettering. Rough-cut pages. Light foxing and tanning to pages. More prominent to text block edges and free endpapers. Moderate cracking to gutters causing some mild looseness to binding but pages remain attached. Pen inscription to half title page. Boards have minor corner bumping and edgewear with mild staining, tanning and scuffing overall. Spine has heavier tanning with soft crushing to ends. Lettering remains bright and clear. Book has a slight forward lean.
