This study, written originally as a Doctoral Dissertation, is an investigation of one of the frontiers on the field of Buddhist studies, the thought of the Sautrantika-Svatantrika-Madhyamika, Bhavaviveka (ca. 490-570). Black cloth with gilt titling to front and spine. 321 pages. Barely visible scratch to back cover. Dust jacket shows light shelf wear, a 1/4 inch and 1/8 inch closed tear to top, light creasing to top edge. It is now protected in a Brodart cover.
