Rand McNally & Co, 1936. Hardcover. Fair/poor/None. Pages are torn and taped throughout, and many have chunks torn out. Back endpaper is half torn out. Text block edges are tanned and foxed. Boards are soiled, scuffed, and dampstained. Edges are worn and frayed. Spine is sunned. Back hinge is cracked, front hinge is starting, but binding is otherwise secure.
