Good solid binding, clean text throughout. Previous owner's name to front free endpaper. The 1883 first edition was entitled 'Rambling Sketches in the Far North and Orcadian Musings', this second edition omits the Orcadian musings section. This is a cheaper issue of the second edition with no illustration to front board and no frontis. Scarce. Overall condition is Very Good. Size: 5.75 x 7.75 inches (14 x 20 cm). Hardback. Printed pages: xii, 266
