It was this program and its implementation that were truly unique and new to the rail sector, and these form the subject matter of this study. 341 pages tables, notes, lines assisted by the program, contract and lease examples, copy of the Regional Rail Reorganization Act of 1973, bibliography and index. A near fine copy, without a dust jacket.
