First edition, sole printing; one of 2000 numbered copies specially bound and signed by Shankar; 8vo; publisher's gold silk, device to upper board and titles to spine gilt, all edges gilt, decorative endpapers. Housed in the oroigianl nfolding box with matching containers holding CDs and incense. Fine.
A lovely Beatles association, with Harrison's signed presentation inscription to the limitation leaf, 'to Hilary with love - George Harrison'. The recipient was Hilary Gerrard, a board director of Apple Corps and for four decades, Ringo's manager. Hilary and George had briefly shared a house some time in the 1970s.
