Pasted on half title page is a slip of paper typed on one side reading, "This edition of radical literature in America has been printed at the Overbrook Press for the members of the Grolier Club & a copy is sent you here with with the compliments of Frank Altschul." 61 pp. Address by Adams. (35 pp) listing of items in the exhibition (22 pp). Red slipcover, has water stains and wear to extremities, top two inches of cardboard is starting to separate.
