First issue published in Storrs, all others published in Madison. Contents include a lengthy study of the New York Rent Strike by Mark Naison, a James O'Brien piece on the IWW's wartime dilemma, 1917-18, a Fred Thompson piece on the IWW, an exchange between Joan and Donald Scott and Jesse Lemische, a James Weinstein article on the dissolution of "Studies on the Left," and much more.
