Nicosia, CY: Zavallis Press. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Good. 12mo - over 6¾ - 7¾" tall. Spanopoulo, George. Undated. 46pp. Light blue cloth-covered boards; blue design and titles on front. 12mo. Sun-faded front fore-edge, lightly rubbed corners and spine ends. Bump to top front edge. Text block edges tanned; affecting page margins. Endpapers starting to fox and tan. Signed and inscribed by author on half-title page 'To Guy and Elizabeth with my love - George 23/4/52' (Brigadier Guy Fenton served in Cyprus around this time). Internally neat, clean, bright and tight. The author's memoir of his experiences, during WW2, as M.O. to a Bechuanaland Battalion.
