Near fine in a near fine dust jacket with only slight wear. Undated c. 1940. In publisher's original cream cloth with pictorial front picture board and illustrated spine. All end papers clean with no inscriptions. Fully illustrated in color by the fantastic pen of R. Caldecott and containing eight different individually numbered chapters such as The House That Jack Built, Sing A Song of Sixpence and The Queen of Hearts. Tight and bright. 254pp. A wonderful copy!
