Mainz: B. Schott's Söhne, 1924. Parts (19, 25, 26, 25 pp. + ads). Plate 31101. 13 x 10.5 inches, 33 x 27 cm; 1 lb., 4 oz. Dem Rosé-Quartett gewidmet. Composed 1922. Lacking outside wraps. Th ere are ads on all the parts. Th e ads on the back of the cello part, "Das Shaff en von E. W. Korngold," have opus numbers no higher than Op. 16. The Druckbücher des Verlags B. Schott's Söhne, Mainz indicates that 400 sets of parts were printed. Worldcat finds only about ten sets. This is a large paper copy, still flexible and supple for being almost 100 years old. Editorially, the parts contain generous cues, both within and above the staff, for the players.
